We dispatch all orders within 0–24 hours — often even on the same day. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on your pincode.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Will the jewellery tarnish or fade?

Our jewellery is premium non-tarnish quality. With basic care (avoid direct perfumes & chemicals), it stays shiny & beautiful for a long time.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We do a strict quality check before dispatch, so mistakes are extremely rare. But if anything goes wrong, simply record an unboxing video as soon as you open your order and email us — we’ll help you immediately with care & priority.
